Chief Executive Officer

Michael has more than 45 years of experience in the recycling industry and is well respected by most of the consumers and recyclers in Southern Africa and abroad. He founded Extraordinary Times Trade to connect Southern African raw-material suppliers with steelmakers and industrial buyers worldwide, leading sourcing strategy, trading relationships and the company’s source-to-consumer operations.

Adriana is a Co-Founder of Extraordinary Times Trade. She holds a law degree from Brazil and brings 15 years of experience in the recycling industry to ET. She plays an important role in management, legal and compliance, helping ensure the company’s operations are structured, accountable and aligned across Southern Africa and international markets.
